What is a Light Doula Ceremony?
A light doula ceremony is a healing session that combines several shamanic techniques within a ceremonial setting. The ceremony is preceded by spiritual counseling work and divination for the purpose of understanding the nature of the spirit medicine and healing that a client is in need of.
Unlike reiki or other energy healing modalities, these ceremonies are performed to expose a client to the direct healing power of the compassionate spirits and to the Divine essence present within them. I work with the Divine Goddess energy to help heal aspects of your soul that may have been fractured through trauma. The goal is to bring you into wholeness of mind, body, and spirit. When you are whole you are able to live in alignment with your soul's purpose. Living your soul's purpose fully is the greatest gift you can give to the world. By living in your purpose - you are living the medicine you were born to offer other aspects of the earth.
The Ceremony includes drumming, singing, lighting of herbs, some gentle touch if guided (with prior consent) and calling in of the healing energies of Creation and Light. In this work, your Divine essence is your greatest ally and it is to that aspect that My Creator Loa (Goddess Guide Energy) sings to your Divine essence.
My lineage is through the Goddess, the ancestors who returned me to this plane, and Adam Kane - of Shaman's Tent with whom I apprenticed for two years. Through Adam I received expansive training and inherited a deep lineage. During the apprenticeship I was formally trained in the Peruvian Quechua mesa tradition and the Mayan spiritual healing tradition. During the ceremonies, my Teachers are the Guardian Healing Spirits and the Goddess of Life Energy Force who connects us all.
The suggested donation for a two-hour session is $60-$ 150. Please consider this an offering of gratitude to the Light for its healing service.
